At Delightful gifts, your satisfaction means the world to us. If your flowers didn’t arrive in the condition you expected, we’re here to help.

Exchange Eligibility

We gladly offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Your order arrived damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was ordered.

  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

  • The flowers were not used, trimmed, or rearranged.

What Can’t Be Exchanged

We’re unable to offer exchanges for:

  • Deliveries where the recipient was unavailable or delivery was delayed due to incorrect address.

  • Flowers that were mishandled or not stored properly after delivery.

  • Minor variations in color or arrangement due to seasonal availability — we always aim to match the style and feel.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Take photos of the product as received (within 24 hours).

  2. Email us at delightfulgifts@outlook.com or WhatsApp us at 011-5790 5004.

  3. Our team will verify and get back to you within 1 business day.

Once approved, we’ll:

  • Send a replacement bouquet (same or similar value) at no extra cost, OR

  • Offer store credit for your next order, if preferred.
