We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia. For international orders, kindly contact us directly to check availability and rates.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Duration

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your gifts arrive safely and on time.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available for selected areas only)
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available within selected zones for orders placed before 12 PM

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over RM150
  • A flat-rate fee applies for orders below the free shipping threshold

5. Packaging

Each item is carefully packaged to preserve quality and presentation, especially for delicate items like preserved flowers and glass containers.

6. Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
